 The day begins.  Well, it starts for me at home, with a familiar, although short loop.  You're probably not with me for this one, but THAT'S OKAY!

Good morning! We start this Saturday as we normally start Tuesdays - on the track!  There's no formal workout - just a few laps around one of our favorite places.  Best part - pace doesn't matter - we're never more than 1/8th of a mile apart. (But will Mike Rodgers come and make us do bear crawls?)
