Leg 11: Midnight in the Town of Good (not Evil)

Image
If you've made it with me to midnight, we'll do a nice easy loop to start our Sunday!

Leg 10: 10:00 p.m. - Gilbert to the King!

Image
Dinner in Ballard Park followed by another 2 miles! Afterwards - Keep hanging out til the witching hour, or head for home?

Leg 9 - 8:00 p.m. - Ballard Park --> Ramapoo Stethoscope

Image
Hanging out in Ballard Park, then up to run!

Leg 8 - 6:00 p.m. East Ridge / Ivy Hill / Rail Trail / Ballard Park

Image
It's almost dinner time!  Well, after a little loop and some time on the rail trail.  No Bikes though!

Leg 7 - 4:00 p.m. - Rec Center to Norran's Ridge

Image
We ran around the rec  center, now we run on the roads - not too far though, just off to the Norran's ridge section of the Margarita 5K

Leg 6 - 2:00 p.m. - Rec Center Loops

Image
This one is easy - just two laps of our own Rec Center Track.  We'll enjoy this, and then hang out for a while in the Green of the rec center

Leg 5 - 12:00 Noon - Rainbow Lake

Image
Rainbow Lake - A pretty, but a little hilly course for our mid-day run fun  Mountain road used to be one of my standard runs, and maybe it will be again!

Leg 4: 10:00 a.m. - High School Cross Country Course

Image
It's 10:00 - do you know where your runner is?  This one is on the high school cross country course, so we get some shade as the sun starts to climb and it warms up.

Leg 3: 8:00 a.m. - Mamanasco Road

Image
Well, you can't get lost on this one, but if you go too far, you'll have to run the hill.  Cross over 116 and run Mamanasco to 12th, then run back  Easy, right?

Leg 2: 6:00 a.m. : High School Track

Image
Good morning! We start this Saturday as we normally start Tuesdays - on the track!  There's no formal workout - just a few laps around one of our favorite places.  Best part - pace doesn't matter - we're never more than 1/8th of a mile apart. (But will Mike Rodgers come and make us do bear crawls?)

Leg 1: 4:00 a.m. - Pilgrim Hill to Linden to Limekiln to Ritch

Image
The day begins.  Well, it starts for me at home, with a familiar, although short loop.  You're probably not with me for this one, but THAT'S OKAY!                                                       Here's Pilgrim Hill Road
